Do you take insurance?Yes, I am currently accepting United Healthcare (Optum) Insurance, Oscar Health Plan, United Health Texas Exchange, and Aetna. For other insurances, you may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance carrier; I would be happy to supply a Superbill to aid in this process. For insurance clients, you will be required to have a card on file to cover copays, late fees, and no show fees if applicable.

How do I schedule an appointment?Click here to begin the process of setting up your first appointment. By filling out this form, we can set up a time to chat over the phone, find a day and time for your initial session, and then you will be sent a link to fill out all you paper work. It's easy and convenient.

Where do we meet?We meet via an HIPAA compliant online video system. I will send the link before each session. It’s as easy as that!

What’s my investment?A 50 min session is $150. Documentation requests are billed by the quarter hour at the session fee ($150).

What is the cancellation policy?All cancellation requests must be received by email. Cancellation requests received 48 hours in advance incur a $75 fee. Cancellations requested 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in the full session fee ($150). If you are running late for a session, please email savannah@magnoliarestorativecounseling.com to let me know. If you are 15 min or later to the session, that session will be canceled and a no show fee ($150) will be applied.
