Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you take insurance?
Yes, I am currently accepting United Healthcare (Optum) Insurance, Oscar Health Plan, United Health Texas Exchange, and Aetna. For other insurances, you may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance carrier; I would be happy to supply a Superbill to aid in this process. For insurance clients, you will be required to have a card on file to cover copays, late fees, and no show fees if applicable.
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
Click here to begin the process of setting up your first appointment. By filling out this form, we can set up a time to chat over the phone, find a day and time for your initial session, and then you will be sent a link to fill out all you paper work. It's easy and convenient.
  • Where do we meet?
We meet via an HIPAA compliant online video system. I will send the link before each session. It’s as easy as that!
  • What’s my investment?
A 55 min session is $135. Documentation requests are billed by the quarter hour at the session fee ($135).
  • What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellation requests must be received by email. Cancellation requests received 48 hours in advance incur a $65 fee. Cancellations requested 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in the full session fee ($135). If you are running late for a session, please email savannah@magnoliarestorativecounseling.com to let me know.
